Beetroot Fudge

Beetroot Fudge

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Beetroot Latte
4 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup  coconut oil
2 tablespoon honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Line a loaf tin with  cling wrap
Add all ingredients into a food processor & blend
Pulse at high speed until the coconut is broken down and the mixture is smooth and sticking together. 
Gently press the mixture into your prepared tin. 
Place into the fridge to set. 
Once the fudge has set, remove from the fridge 
Cut. Eat. Enjoy.
