Turmeric Spiced Cauliflower

Time: 30 minutes 
Serves: 6

Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-free 

1 large Cauliflower 
1/4 cup Olive Oil 
1 tablespoons Turmeric Latte
1/2 teaspoon pink Salt

Preheat oven to 180 deg
line baking tray
cut 1 large cauliflower into 1.5cm slices
cook the cauliflower steaks Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden
transfer to baking tray
whisk 
1/4 cup Olive Oil 
1 tablespoons Turmeric Latte 
1/2 teaspoon pink salt 
brush over steaks
roast Cauliflower for 15 mins or until tender & crisp
remove & serve
with the off cuts - drizzle with Turmeric marinade & cook on the stove top until golden
